The consultation itself costs nothing. You pay for the medication plus ¥550 postage, and it arrives at whatever address you give. No travel, no waiting room, and no need to live in Tokyo.
Online consultation is free (¥0) and medication is posted anywhere in Japan for ¥550. You speak with a doctor for about 10–15 minutes, pay by credit card or bank transfer, and the prescription is dispatched once payment clears. ED, hair loss, weight loss, skin and hangover medication can all be handled this way, so you do not need to be anywhere near Shimbashi to be treated.

You can be seen here without speaking Japanese. Consultations are handled with a translation app and written notes rather than by an English-speaking doctor, which works well for treatments where the decision is straightforward — repeat prescriptions, testing, hair removal — and is slower where you have a complicated history to explain. Treatment information, pricing and access details on these pages are in English. The booking system and the pre-visit questionnaire are in Japanese, so message us on LINE beforehand if you would like help completing them.

Yes — that is the point of it. Medication is posted anywhere in Japan, so the clinic being in Shimbashi does not matter for anything that can be treated with a prescription.
Anything involving a procedure: laser hair removal, Botox, IV drips, microneedling and STD testing all need you at the clinic. Prescriptions do not.
