Shinbashi Ginza Swift Clinic is at 7F-B Marucho Building, 1-8-4 Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-0004, one minute on foot from Shimbashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, and under ten minutes’ walk from Ginza. It opens 14:00–21:00 on weekdays and 10:00–18:00 at weekends and on public holidays. Last admission is 30 minutes before closing on a first visit.
You can be seen here without speaking Japanese. Consultations are handled with a translation app and written notes rather than by an English-speaking doctor, which works well for treatments where the decision is straightforward — repeat prescriptions, testing, hair removal — and is slower where you have a complicated history to explain. 1. Leave JR Shimbashi Station by the Ginza Exit (銀座口).
2. Cross to the pavement on the side of the Big Echo karaoke building.
3. Walk straight on, with Big Echo on your left.
4. After a short walk, cross at the pedestrian crossing.
5. Keep going straight until you see a udon noodle shop.
6. Just past the udon shop, follow the road round the bend.
7. Go up the short flight of steps at the entrance of the Marucho Building, and come up to the 7th floor (7F-B).
1. Come up to street level at Exit 1 of Shimbashi Station on the Ginza Line.
2. Walk straight on.
3. After a short walk, cross at the pedestrian crossing.
4. Keep going straight until you see a udon noodle shop.
5. Just past the udon shop, follow the road round the bend.
6. Go up the short flight of steps at the entrance of the Marucho Building, and come up to the 7th floor (7F-B).

From Ginza Station it is one stop on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line (about two minutes); at Shimbashi, take Exit 1 and follow the route above. From Ginza 8-chome it is about ten minutes on foot.
Weekdays 14:00–21:00. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 10:00–18:00. Last admission is 30 minutes before closing for a first visit and 10 minutes before closing for a follow-up.
Walk. Shimbashi is the next district south of Ginza and the walk takes under ten minutes from most of Ginza. By train it is one stop on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line.
Cash, credit card (including UnionPay) and QR payment (including WeChat Pay and Alipay) at the clinic. Online consultations are paid by credit card or bank transfer.
Photo identification, and a list of any medication you take — or the medicines themselves, which is easier. You do not need a Japanese health insurance card, because treatment here is self-pay.
