Medical-use Cinal has approved indications including post-inflammatory pigmentation, but approval does not extend to every type of dark spot or cosmetic goal. If it is used outside the approved indications, discuss the limits of expected benefits, adverse effects and alternatives with a doctor. The care purpose determines whether Japanese health insurance can apply; confirm the conditions and fees during consultation.

Japan’s Relief System for Sufferers from Adverse Drug Reactions covers qualifying serious health harm that occurs despite appropriate use.
